- Sellers should place a reserve price on their goods. The reserve price should be the minimum amount you would be happy to take home

in two consecutive sales.
Large items to be picked
up the day after the Bidding has closed, by the seller or the purchaser.

SINGLE BIDDING
If you want to bid on an item you can do so easily either
on the premises or by filling in our on-line Bid Form. Just click on the
Lot No. of the item you want on the Catalogue Page and it will automatically
launch the Bid Form for you.

LIMIT BIDDING
If you want to bid on more than one item (maximum six),
but can only SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT- you can state your choices and bids
for them on the bid form.(On premises only)
EXAMPLE (You only have $400)
LOT 564 Washing
machine (1) $200
LOT1908 Dishwasher
(2)
$120
LOT 890 Fridge
(3)
$250
Limit $400
Mark your bid form 1 to 6 (any order) for
your choices and clearly state your total dollar "Limit".

PREFERENCE BIDDING
If you want to bid on more than one item (maximum two),
but only require ONE OF THE ITEMS - you can state your 1st and 2nd preferences
on the bid form.(On premises only)
EXAMPLE
LOT 2076 Washing machine
$300
LOT 765 Dishwasher
$320
Preference LOT 2076 then LOT 765
Mark your bid form "Preference
LOT No. 2076 then LOT No. 765"
