Q: When can I bring in my goods?

A: Any day that is not a Viewing & Tendering day. Monday to Friday after the Tender auction through to the next week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before the the next Viewing & Tendering days.(closed Thursday before Viewing and Tender) Hours

Q: When do I know my results?

A: Monday after the tender auction you will be e-mailed your results or a printed report is available at the Port Macquarie Tender Centre or simply phone us.

Q: How long can I leave my goods with the Port Macquarie Tender Centre?

A: Goods can be run through two (2) consecutive tender auctions after this time we ask that you collect the unsold goods by the Wednesday after the tender auction. If they go over this time Port Macquarie Tender Centre will charge a storage fee for this service.

Q: How much will it cost me to sell my goods?

A: No Sale No Fee. For successful sales please see Commission Rates.

Q: What if I change my mind about selling the goods?

A: Once goods are entered into a tender auction they may not be withdrawn.

Q: What if I want to cancel or decrease the bid I have submitted?

A: You can not cancel or decrease your bid once it has been submitted to Port Macquarie Tender Centre.

Q: What if I want to increase my bid?

A: You can increase your bid by submitting a higher bid before the closure of the tender auction - Sunday 4 pm.

Q: Is there a charge for bidding?

A: Only if your bid is successful. A small handling surcharge would then apply. See Surcharge Fee

Q: Can I put a reserve on my goods?

A:. Yes. We ask that you place a reserve on any goods valued over $10.

Q: When do I have to pick up my goods if my bid has been successful?

A:. Collection of these goods are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after the tender auction. If they are collected after this date a storage fee will be charged for these items.

Q: What Warranty or Guarantee do I have?

A:. There is no warranty or guarantee implied or entered into. Please check all items before bidding on them.
